Whether you are a cruise line, hotelier or tour operator that offers scuba diving trips, sells sea-fishing excursions or an individual/company directly involved in offering marine recreation services, CELB, CORAL, IHEI and TOI invite individuals and companies to participate in developing this supply chain management tool. September 8-17, 2003 Vth World Parks Congress

The IUCN Vth World Congress on Protected Areas, or IUCN Vth World Parks Congress as it has become known, is a 10 yearly event which provides the major global forum for setting the agenda for protected areas. The Vth IUCN World Parks Congress will be held in Durban, South Africa, from 8 to 17 September, 2003. The assessment checklist will be presented and discussed during a side event organized by the UNESCO World Heritage Centre: "World Heritage Partnerships in Sustainable Tourism," September 11th 5.30 -7pm.

September 9 - 12, 2003 Caribbean Tourism Organization's 5th Annual Conference on Sustainable Tourism

The 5th Annual Caribbean Conference on Sustainable Tourism Development will be held at the St. Kitts Marriott Royal Beach Resort, St. Kitts & Nevis. The assessment checklist will be presented and discussed during a workshop on September 12th from 2:30-4:00pm.

October 8-11, 2003 DEMASHOW

DEMA Show 2003 is presented by the Diving Equipment & Marketing Association (DEMA), an international organization dedicated to the promotion and growth of the recreational scuba diving and snorkeling industry, and will be held on October 8 - 11, 2003 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The assessment checklist will be presented and discussed during a workshop on October 8th from 12:30-2:30pm.

November 10-13, 2003 World Travel Market

World Travel Market, representative of the global travel and tourism industry, will be held at ExCeL in London, UK, from November 10-13, 2003. The assessment checklist will be presented and discussed during the Environment Awareness Day, on 12 November 2003.
