Our partnership with the Tour Operators' Initiative for Sustainable Development (TOI) is focused on tour operator good practice in biodiversity-rich regions.
- The TOI and CELB jointly published A Practical Guide to Good Practice: Managing Environmental and Social Issues in the Accommodations Sector, aiming to influence the practices of hotels and resorts. The TOI members have distributed over 30,000 copies to hotels operating primarily within the Caribbean and Mediterranean. more
- The TOI, CELB and other stakeholders are creating supply chain management tools to provide a central reference on good environmental and social practices for marine recreation providers. The corporate community can use these tools to guide their decisions when choosing marine recreation providers who service their customers. more
