JASON W. ANDERSON Director, Corporate Communications and Marketing Education: Claremont McKenna College, Claremont, California: B.A., Government and Literature Jason Anderson joined The Center for Environmental Leadership in Business (CELB) in May 2001. In his current role, Anderson works with the Business and Marketing team to communicate CELB’s message and highlight the accomplishments of its corporate partnerships. Anderson's main responsibility is to work with the news media so that CELB’s successes can be told to a broader audience. Before coming to Conservation International (CI), Anderson developed an extensive journalism background working with CNN for nearly nine years. In that time, Anderson spent several years working his way up through the newsroom at CNN's headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. He then went to work with CNN's Financial Network, helping to produce World Business Today, which airs internationally, and Moneyline with Lou Dobbs. In 1998, Anderson moved to Washington, DC as a producer with CNN's Public Affairs Talk Show Unit where he worked on Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer and Evan's, Novak, Hunt and Shields. |
